These terms govern your use of https://dukanchat.in ("the Service"), operated by DukanChat. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
The Service lets a business connect its own WhatsApp Business account and its own online store, and manage customer conversations, contacts, order notifications and broadcasts from one dashboard. We are an independent software provider. We are not Meta, and we do not resell WhatsApp messaging.
Registrations are reviewed before activation. We may decline or suspend an account that breaches these terms or the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account.
You may not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; to send unlawful, misleading, hateful, obscene or infringing content; to sell prohibited goods; to impersonate another person or business; to harvest data; or to attempt to breach, overload or reverse engineer the Service.
The Service depends on the WhatsApp Business Platform and on your store's software. Your use of WhatsApp is additionally governed by Meta's terms and policies. Message pricing is set and charged by Meta, not by us. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, template rejections, number bans or rate limits imposed by Meta.
Subscription fees, where applicable, are as agreed in writing with you. Meta's own conversation charges are billed to you by Meta separately.
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, and may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
You keep ownership of your business data and your customers' data. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export your customer data or ask us to delete your account at any time.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost business. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or where required by Meta. On termination your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
